Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5-9 business days
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the Shop App linked to this email.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping services in the future.

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some items may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.

Delivery Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages:Concrete Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at accessorysandnecessitys@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
